IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SCHOOL UNIFORM CHANGES FOR 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR

Please be aware that there have been changes made to the uniform policy at the Briggs School District as of June 2010. It is our goal that we provide all parents with information regarding these changes in a timely manner so that you may ensure your students have uniforms that conform to the District Policy. Highlights of these changes are noted below.

Collared shirts are to be solid color navy, white, or red only.
Sweatshirts, sweaters, and jackets are to be solid color navy, white, or gray only without logos.
Pants, shorts, skirts, and dresses are to be solid color navy or khaki only.
No jeans or jean-type material clothing, including but not limited to pants, shorts, skirts, jackets, etc.
The only permissible logos on clothing are Briggs School District sponsored logos.
Briggs School District staff reserves the right to determine whether or not student attire appropriately reflects the District Policy.
