Olivelands 2021 Synchronous and Asynchronous Schedules

For families enrolling a TK or Kindergartener for the first time...the state of CA is still recommending that all students be fully vaccinated. However, vaccinations are required for IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION ONLY. If you are having difficulty scheduling doctor's appointments, please note you do not need to have the vaccinations completed to participate in DISTANCE LEARNING at the beginning of the year. Please continue to follow up with your doctor to be ready for when in-person instruction can begin.

**We have all Olivelands T-shirts and sweatshirts restocked in all sizes! Sweatshirts are on sale for $20!

Olivelands Elementary was established in 1914 when the Limoneira Company deeded one and a half acres for $10 so that a school could be built for the workers' children.  The first school began with two rooms and 20 students. The site was reconstructed in 2003 to the beautiful campus it is today. Now, Olivelands Elementary is home to 260 students, TK through 4th grade.

Every school district that receives federal funding is required to designate and/or adequately train at least one employee to coordinate the recipient’s Title IX responsibilities.  Title IX regulations also require the name and contact information of each Title IX Coordinator be made public by the educational institution. The Briggs Elementary School District affirms its commitment to equality of opportunity for all individuals. This commitment requires that no discrimination shall occur regarding admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, any program and activity on the basis of age, race, color, national or ethnic origin, ancestry, citizenship, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, religion, or marital status.
Complaints alleging noncompliance with Title IX can be filed by utilizing the Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP) as identified in California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Sections 4600 et. seq. and Briggs Elementary School District Policy 1312.3 and should be directed to the Title IX Coordinator(s):
