On Monday, December 15, 5th-8th grade students will participate in the California Healthy Kids Survey. This survey helps our school understand student perspective on school climate, safety and wellness so we can make decisions on how to support them. 5th and 6th grade students will be bringing home a permission slip where families will choose Yes or No on their child taking the survey. 7th and 8th grade students will take it unless a parent/guardian contacts Dr. Winegar requesting their student not take the survey.
